10 years in banking taught me one thing: people don't hate technology; they hate feeling lost.
I’ve spent a decade navigating the high-stakes worlds of banking and retail across México, Canada, France, and Amsterdam. That wasn't just "customer service"—it was a masterclass in human behavior, frustration, and business logic.
While others see a "user journey," I see the friction that costs money and loses trust. I don't just design screens; I build clarity.
After pivoting into UX/UI, I decided to combine my commitment to efficiency and my international perspective to solve the kind of complex puzzles that make others quit. I’m here to create digital products that work as hard as the businesses behind them.
